Welcome To "A Gospel Preacher's Perspective"
My name is Landon Rowell and I am a preacher for the Lord's church. In Matthew 16:18-20 Jesus, the Christ, said He would establish His church, the church of Christ. It is that church that I have sought and found and to this day preach for. My hope and desire is to, with this site, create a place where God's Word can be studied and learned. I will be placing here articles, sermon outlines, and audio sermons. I do not ask that you believe or trust what I put on here or say but rather that you take what is given and scrutinize it with the scriptures to make sure it is so (Acts 17:11). Over the years I have created and collected much material for sermons. I have tried to document and cite notes better now for sermons but before that, I was not as astute in this area as I should have been. For that reason if there is something that does not have the proper citation or credit I apologize up front. If you see that some of it is yours show proof and I will try to correct it.
